3. The 5th IFMSA Asia Pacific Regional Meeting
ปัจจุบันนี้สมาพันธ์นักศึกษาแพทย์นานาชาติ
(International Federation of Medical Students
Associations-IFMSA) มีนักศึกษาจากภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ รวม 5
ภูมิภาคทั่วโลกเข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิก การจัดการประชุมในแต่ละ
ภูมิภาคมีจุดประสงค์หลักเพื่อเป็นการเปิดโอกาสในสมาชิกในแต่
ละภูมิภาคได้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การทำางาน สร้าง
เสริมความสัมพันธ์ รวมถึงเรียนรูวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละประเทศ

สำาหรับปี 2550 ได้มีการจัดประชุม APRM (Asia-Pacific Regional
Meeting) ขึ้นที่เมืองโอซากา ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยนับเป็นครั้งที่ 5
ของภูมิภาคนี้ ซึ่งหัวข้อ (theme) หลักของการประชุมครั้งนี้คือ
Mental Health กิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นประกอบด้วย
Work Shop
ประกอบด้วยการจัดฟังคำาบรรยายในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ
Mental Health ร่วมกับทำากิจกรรมในกลุ่มย่อยเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยน
ความเห็นของสมาชิกในแต่ละประเทศ
การจัดบรรยายประกอบด้วย 2 หัวข้อ คือ
1. “Mental health in Asia and the Pacific Region”
โดย Dr. Naotaka Shinfuku of Seinan Gakuin University เป็น
การให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของ mental health
ในแต่ละประเทศ รวมถึงกฎหมายและมาตรการในการรับมือ
ปัญหาเหล่านี้ในประเทศต่าง ๆ จุดมุ่งหมายหลักคือเน้นในผู้ฟัง
ซึ่งก็คือนักศึกษาแพทย์เกิดความตื่นตัวและตระหนักถึงความ
สำาคัญของ mental health problem
2. “Stress and its Management among medical students
and doctors”
โดย Keiko Abe MA,RMN และ Dr. kazuhiko fujisaki of Gifu
University มีจุดประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ผู้ฟังได้มีโอกาสคิดถึง
ปัญหาและความเครียดที่ตนจะต้องเผชิญจากการทำางาน รวมถึง
ได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางในการจัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาเหล่านั้น

(SCOME) is a forum for active discussion for medical

Our overall goal is the implementation of an optimal
learning environment for all medical students around

SCOPE SCORE
The Standing Committee on Professional Exchange
(SCOPE) and Standing Committee on Research
Exchange are the largest committee within IFMSA.
More than 6000 students worldwide participate in our
programme each year
SCORP
The Standing Committee on human Rights and Peace
(SCORP) deals with the problems faced by displaced
people and participates in relief efforts. SCORP also
works for the prevention of conflicts and human rights
abuses.
SCORA
The Standing Committee on Reproductive Health
including AIDS (SCORA) aims to raise awareness
among medical students about Reproductive Health
including sexual education, gender equity, sexual
violence, as well as Sexually Transmitted Infections.
SCOPH
The Standing Committee on Public Health (SCOPH)
emphasizes the importance of public health issues in
medical education and the community. The promotion
of a healthy lifestyle through the eradication of
smoking, improvement in diet and increasing physical
activity is our goal.
โดยเป็นช่วงเวลาสำาหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น รวม
ถึงประสบการณ์ทำางานของสมาชิกในแต่ละประเทศ เกี่ยวกับ

5. เป็นกิจกรรมเพื่อสร้างเสริมทักษะต่าง ๆ ทีจำาเป็นต่อการทำา

Field Work
ประกอบด้วย 5 หัวข้อ ได้แก่ Adolescent Mental Health,
Addiction of Drugs, Occupational Mental Health, Terminal
care and Hospice และ Clownication รูปแบบกิจกรรมแบ่งเป็น 2
ช่วง คือวันแรกเป็นการเชิญวิทยาการมาให้คำาบรรยายในแต่ละ
หัวข้อ วันต่อมาจึงเป็นการลงสถานที่จริง ซึงมีรายละเอียดแตก
่
ต่างกันไปในแต่ละกลุ่ม
7. The session is about how to improve you to become
the officials by teach and give information about Asia
Pacific Regional Office (APRO), IFMSA and NMO
management, MSI and eVagus, IFHHRO , IFMSA
godfathering system, The IFMSA Constitution and Bylaws
and teach about problem analysis, strategic planning ,
fundriasing, motivation and how to adapt in your NMO.
What we learn in this session?
1.how to solve the problem and improve our NMO by
using SWOT analysis, fundraising, motivation ,
recruitment and communicate with our university.

2. methods: Japan is a very conservative country
,particularly in medical world. But, like IFMSA
students have the right to say freely, compared to

วันแรกเป็นการแนะนำาเกี่ยวกับ SCOPH และให้แนะนำาตัวทำาความ
รู้จักกัน
โดยวิทยากร คือ Aamir Abbas (Regional Coordinator for Asia
Pacific for Public Health) และ Kevin (Regional Assistant of
SCOPH) โดยสมาชิก SCOPH ซึ่งเรียกกันในนามของ SCOPHians
นั้น ร่วมเข้าฟังการบรรยายแนะนำา และรายงาน project ต่างๆ
ที่SCOPH จัดขึ้น และยังมีการนำาเสนอ project ของแต่ละประเทศ
ซึ่งประเทศไทยก็ได้นำาเสนอ project ทีนักศึกษาแพทย์ศิริราช

ชั้นปีที่3 ออกชุมชน และตอนท้ายของ session ก็มีการอภิปราย
เรื่องปัญหาสุขภาพของประชากรในประเทศแถบเอเชียแปซิฟิก

ช่วงแรกของ session จะเป็น session ร่วมกันกับ SCORA
เพื่อ discuss กันเรื่องของโรค เอดส์ และวัณโรค ว่ามีความเกี่ยว
ข้องกันอย่างไรในแต่ละประเทศในกลุ่มเอเชีย แปซิฟิก ซึ่งก็จะ
แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มย่อยๆ(Small Working Groups:SWGs) ให้แต่ละ
กลุ่มมีสมาชิกหลากหลายประเทศคละกันไป หลังจากนั้น
เป็น session SCOPH เหมือนปกติ โดยวันนี้มีการแบ่งเป็น SWGs
ทั้งหมดสามกลุ่ม เพื่อศึกษาในสามหัวข้อ คือ

Maternal and child health
โดยให้ออกแบบโครงงานว่าจะแก้ปัญหาในสามหัวข้อนี้อย่างไร
โดยแบ่งเป็นวัตถุประสงค์โครงงาน เป้าหมาย วิธีปฏิบัติ และงบ
ประมาณที่ต้องใช้
สิ่งที่ได้รบ :: ข้าพเจ้าได้เลือกหัวข้อ Anti-tobacco เพราะว่าเคย
ั
ได้มีส่วนร่วมของโครงการนี้มาก่อนแล้ว ประโยชน์ที่ได้ก็คือ ได้
ความคิดของคนในกลุ่มว่ามีความคิดเห็นอย่างไร ซึ่งบางความคิด
เป็นมุมมองที่ข้าพเจ้ามองไม่เห็น ทำาให้เปิดโลกทัศน์ของตัวเอง
ให้กว้างขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการฝึกทำางานกลุ่ม และได้ความรู้
เกี่ยวกับสถิติการสูบบุหรี่ของประชากรในแต่ละประเทศในภูมิภาคนี้
อีกด้วย

อินโดนีเซียก็ได้มีโครงงานมานำาเสนอเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ ทำาให้ได้

ในการนำาเสนอผลงานของประเทศไทยใน Standing Committee
Session รวมถึงต่อไปในภายภาคหน้า
ข้อเสนอแนะและปรับปรุง
เวลาที่ใช้ใน Training session มีน้อยไป โดยเฉพาะในช่วง
practice within small group น่าจะมีเวลาใช้ training director ได้
ให้คำาแนะนำาแก่ผู้นำาเสนอผลงานด้วย

Group ต่างกับ Team อย่างไร?
Group
- เราสร้าง Group ก่อนสร้าง Team
- Group คือ กลุ่มคนที่มีความคิดเห็นไปในทางเดียวกันมา
รวมตัวกัน มาแลกเปลี่ยนกัน
เช่น คนยืนรอแถวรถเมย์ ก็เรียกว่า Group ได้
- สมาชิกใน Group อาจไม่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นมากนัก
Team
42. - Team มีความร่วมมือร่วมแรงมากกว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กัน
มากกว่า มีการลงมือทำามากกว่า
- เมื่อเป็น Team เราทำางานไปด้วยกัน

o เพื่อรู้จักคนอื่นๆ ที่มีความคิดไปในทางเดียวกัน
o เพื่อระดมความคิดใหม่ๆ
o เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการทำางาน เพราะแต่ละคน
ถนัดต่างกัน
o เพื่อรับรู้ว่าเราไม่ได้โดดเดี่ยวในการพยายามสร้าง
ความแตกต่าง หรือทำาบางอย่าง
How can you gather?

o รู้ความสามารถของตัวเอง
o หาผู้คนที่สนใจ
o หาคนที่มีความสามารถในด้านที่คุณขาด

โดยมีการจัดลำาดับความสำาคัญก่อนหลังด้วย
การจั ดการกับ ความเครี ย ด เมื่ อ เกิ ดความเครี ย ด ควรหาวิ ธี
แก้ปัญหาที่เหมาะสมกับตนเองมากที่สุด
ทักษะในการสื่อสาร ผู้นำา ที่ดีนั้นต้องสามารถสื่อสารให้กับผู้
อื่นรู้เรื่องและถูกต้อง
