Restoring the earth from the ground UP!
Begin w a business plan. Ideas are great but need to put in writing what you want to do. Start out small w one area and build client base, loyality, partnerships etc. Collection service - Where do you bring materials - Own site? Community garden(s)? Minimize the haul!!!
Do you or someone else manages and/or make the compost?
If bigger compost production in mind, then separate business (Rust Belt and CCC)
Differentiate yourself btw large hauler and your boutique service
