4. Success factors
• Need local aggregator
• We can’t afford to support £5,000 pa or less
• Need around 5 customers at 100M
• Need access to passive plant
• Almost any duct will do, as fibre can now sit in under 10mm
space
• Terraced premises cost ~ £600 per unit
• Larger anchor tenant desirable but not essential
• Our offering Business Grade, not residential
• We have huge pipes – 50G of IP
• Aggregation still provides high quality
• Careful with comparisons
• You cannot get a Rolls Royce for the cost of a mini
