3. CITY INNOVATION PLATFORM (CIP)
Ø An open platform to connect suppliers of data with
consumers of data (City Innovation Platform, CIP)
Ø A scalable, reusable CIP-architecture: open standards,
open API’s, technology agnostic and privacy by design
Ø Harmonized data models and a sustainable data
governance
Ø Support for open, shared and closed data and services: a
secure CIP Data Market.

11. Additional scenarios for risk management could be to display an alert in case of the
occurrence of a pollution peak. The user will be able to view all information related to the
pollution peak, namely:
- Road traffic in real-time including vehicles average speed and roads congestion
- Air quality (GHG and fine particles) collected within the frame of Measure 3
- Weather data which could worsen air pollution
Additional environmental risk management scenario
Honorat
12. Objective : Beyond the geometric 3D display, show the perspective of usage of urban and buildings data
1) Real time data provided any connected device or sensor in buildings or in the city (environmental measure,
energy, operational status etc.)
2) City geometric representation and data model (CIM : City Information Modelling)
3) Building geometric representation and data model (BIM : Building Information Modelling)
The linked data offers an infinity of services and data exploitation to the stakeholders of the city for various
domains contributing to the town politic and the wellbeing of the citizens (building and structure maintenance,
emergency, police, investments, traffic, security, energy, tourism, the culture etc.).
