The professionals of IRR Dallas hold many

MRICS and FRICS. Our staff has expertise in a wide

The IRR Dallas team is lead by Senior Managing
Director Mark Lamb, who holds the MAI, CPA,
and FRICS designations. He is a 30 year veteran
appraiser, known for his attention to detail and ability
to tackle complex projects. He is assisted by 9 other
Partners with diverse talents in the management of

Market and Feasibility Studies
We help clients answer important questions relating
to the feasibility of projects. We also provide
counseling relating to how a project should be scaled
and designed to best serve its market. We have

critical eyes to look at an asset being considered for
purchase. Our Due Diligence services are custom
