1. The Certification Body ISONIKE Ltd announces
that on April 2, 2020 it was awarded the Accredi-
tation from the National Accreditation System of
Greece (E.SY.D.) for the certification of Manage-
ment Systems according to ΕΝ ISO 22301:2019
and according to ISO / IEC 20000-1:2018 Interna-
tional Standards
ΕΝ ISO 22301:2019 is more important and cur-
rent today than ever. The Standard defines the
requirements for the implementation, mainte-
nance and improvement of a Business Continuity
Management System, increasing the reflexes and
resilience of the business. Its objective is to pro-
tect, reduce the likelihood of occurrence, prepare, respond and recover the business
from disruptions that may have a negative impact on business continuity when and
as they arise.
ISO / IEC 20000-1:2018 Standard defines the requirements for the implementation,
maintenance and improvement of an Information Technology Service Management
System. Its objective is to effectively design, transition, deliver, and improve IT ser-
vices. It is aimed at IT service providers who can be an organization or part of an
organization that manages and delivers a service or services to internal or external
customers
It is of primer importance that the Accreditation was achieved for the latest and
most current revisions of the Standards. For ΕΝ ISO 22301:2019 in particular, our
Certification Body is the first Certification Body that is accredited for the version
2019.
