Offer to make someone who’s busy a
nice cup of tea or coffee for no
reason
Leave a note or send a message to
someone thanking them for
something they have done to help
the team
Tidy up the tea bar/kitchen area
and wash up the cups/plates
Invite someone to tell you about
their role and then ask them how
you or your team could help them
more
Invite someone new from a
different team to join you for lunch
Go out for lunch, or a coffee, or
even a walk with your team and don’t
mention work once
Carry out a random act of kindness
for a complete stranger
Leave a note on someone’s desk
telling them what it is about them
that you really value
Make a resolution to say good
morning to people when you arrive at
work and do it for at least a week
