THE MOST PRATICAL IDEA
-FOR THE TEACHERS AND MANAGERS
-seek to be present in the online platforms already used by students
The internet is practical, its use cost little money and share with students some-
where online place can be a good way to know them better. The internet is a more
relaxed place where people feel more comfortable talking about themselves and give
opinions.
The university needs to be in harmony with the level of commitment
and wishes of the students. How?
T H E T H R E E C H O O S E N
THE MOST DISRUPTIVE IDEA
-FOR STUDENTS AND TEACHERS
-Rethinking the hierarchy level in classrooms
How and why the current system of functioning of universities has been set? Is it
even appropriate for our modern life? Why not rephrase it in a radical way? Stu-
dents, teachers and managers would work on it.

MY FAVORITE IDEA
-FOR STUDENTS, TEACHERS AND MANAGERS
-Rethinking the hierarchy level in classrooms
Develop a board game with storyline about the university itself. The game would
show its problems, challenges and opportunities for improvement. The game could
be modified over time, and would have as players, teachers, students and managers.
