organizational theories, human resource management, business strategies, management

Method: Papers should be submitted via our online submission form available on
www.ijmess.com.

                                Manuscript Specification

Manuscript Style: Authors should follow style guide the journal uses for text,
references within the text and the bibliography. This refers to the Publication Manual
of the American Psychological Association (APA).
Manuscript Length: Manuscript length in defines in terms of the number of double-
spaced typescript pages. It should not more then 35 pages for research articles.

Copies Required: One copy of manuscript in .doc format with a letter to Editor
should be submitted to Editor.



                                   Review Process

Acceptance Rate: Currently IJMESS acceptance rate is 9%.

Invited Articles: The percentage of articles for which the editor requests an
individual to write specifically for publication in the journal. The percentage is the
number of invited articles relative to the total number of articles that appeared in a
journal within the past year.

Type of Review: Blind- peer review method. A blind review indicates the reviewer(s)
does not know who wrote the manuscript and author also does not know about
reviewer.

No. of External Reviewers and No. of In House Reviewers: These two items refer
to the number of reviewers who evaluate the manuscript prior to making a decision
regarding the publication of the manuscript. 1 internal and 1 external reviewer make
the selection decision as per IJMESS policy.

Time to Review: It indicates the amount of time that passes between the
submission of a manuscript and notification to the author regarding the results of the
review process. This time varies from 3 to 6 months.

Reviewer's Comments: IJMESS provides the copy of reviewer’s comments to
authors for correction/ revisions as suggested by reviewer, whereas, reviewer
remains hidden.
