To create a folder and add ODK Form widget: 1. From the home screen, tap and hold to open the option to add items. Tap "Folder" to create a folder. Name the folder and press "OK". 2. Tap "Apps" then "Widgets" and drag the "ODK Form" widget to the home page or folder. 3. Additional widgets like "Pocket LAI" can be added by tapping and holding the app, then dragging it to the home page or folder menu.
