 Site supervision;
 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Progress Report for Management, consultant and Client;
 Defining requirement for the project such as manpower, machinery and materials;
 Coordinating with Consultant Engineer and Client Engineer and doing Inspection of material
and Site works;
 Preparing Design shop drawings; Sorting out technical decisions in coherence with the
contract;
 Preparation of single line diagrams, for designer/draughtsman to draw, and monitoring
Progress at drawing / drafting execution level;
 Managing the project’s different departments;
 Preparing project plan and controlling the operation accordingly;
 Setting up the logistics for the project;
 Preparation of material requisitions;
 Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers;
 Managing the project correspondence, document control, progress reports, inspection
requests, permit To work, NCRs, etc.
