 Organizing interview and judging of applicants along with the finalization of candidate selection and also
qualified to conduct aptitude and behavior test in addition to written test.
 Certified practitioner of Thomas International PPA & GIA.
 Liable for the verifying documents of candidates related to ex employer, salary and details related to
education etc.
 Providing letter of offer along with Salary details to selected candidates.
 Formation of a pool of qualified candidates prior to need and maintaining efficient contact with probable
aspiring candidates for future too.
 Responsible for Induction and on boarding of new entrants in the organization.
 Responsible for joining formalities and issue appointment letter. Briefing of terms and conditions of

Annual Training Calendar based on TNA & Management inputs.
