4. Throughout her life a woman is treated as the bonded slave of her father when she was young, to
her husband when was middle-aged and to her son when a mother……..when is the time when
she would be living her dreams….???? Is her dream looms like a mirage amidst the dust of
the streets……????

No matter how high affluence grows in the emerging economy,
how high and luxury cars are lining up in a big way, how much we
may be basking in the glory of hitting a jackpot or celebrating the
momentous victory, growing at a high pace with hitting a
milestone, but we really cannot ignore the other dingy sight “ THE
PLIGHT OF WOMEN” in the Indian society. Mahatma Gandhi
always insisted that India would be truly independent when the
women become free of human suffering. Moreover, nothing can
bring about a change in their destiny until she is empowered.
Women the symbol of compassion, dedication and integrity,
the ability to think divergently to tackle any problem that life
throws at them or on their families, who juggle multiple task,
who meet challenges ahead rather than sweeping under the
rug and hoping them to go away and off course an
unbeatable optimist are all those qualities to become a
pioneer and lead the society but unfortunately man has
converted her in to a domestic drudge and an instrument of
his pleasure, instead of regarding her as his helpmate and a ‘
better half’ !! The result is a semi-paralysis of our society.
violence against women have always existed since decades. The post independence existence was in the form of child marriage, dowry system,
low literacy rate, sati and Devdasi pratha. Women’s movement in India in 1980’s and 1990’s revolved around the issues of dowry deaths, sex
determination , incidents of violence and sexual harassment etc. Who knows India the so called proverbial country is unabashedly hostile to
women, where she dies ever second worrying about her own life, her family and her husband.. No matter how much we may have witnessed
rapid developments in medicine or law, but enduring progress could only be made until this tangled social issue is resolved. God made women
as the best companion of men because they are a peerless pair being supplementary to one another, so without the existence of the other
cannot be conceived, and therefore as a necessary corollary from these facts that anything that will impair the status of either of them will
involve the equal ruin of both…!!
6. Causes and the reasons behind the whole problem
1) DOMINANT VIEWPOINT : -
During the course of social development, patriarchy was
established, males dominated the society and a woman is
fated to be subjected, owned and exploited like the very
nature, whose magical fertility she embodies. Therefore,
a prominent feature of hegemonic ideologies is the
projection of the dominant viewpoint as universally true.
2) INEQUALITY :-
The difference in social status, injustice, difference of
education are the main determinant to it. Society has
thrown up women of caliber, who could match, even
surpass the skills of men, she made significant
achievements in spite of criticism, indeed even ostracism.
3) LACK OF CONSEQUENCES :-
The crimes against women increased with the passage of
time as we are living in a society where justice is truly
impossible to find especially Delhi NCR region which is
called as no country for rape victims. It’s not about
clothes that a girl wears, it’s about lack of consequences.
The difference in status of a women big shot and an
Aam housewife has a direct relationship with
consequences. Walking down the streets with a
protection force
And alone at night has lot of difference which
every women politician should understand.
4) BACKWARD MINDSET :-
Since decades we are living in a society where
people have odd frames of mind. And every time
a girl is blamed for short clothes which they say
leads to Aakarshan, but our ideas have just
detroited with education because it leads to
romance and respect and desperation leads to
rape. Length of fabric on a girl’s body is not a
measure of her character and moreover, a girl
does not need to drink to get late but men do.
They blame western culture most of the time but
violence against women has existed since post
independence period and that western culture
that gave you IVF, birth control pills, electricity
,bulb etc.
5) COMPLICATED MACHINERY :-
The Indian judiciary is so complicated that there are
no speedy justice for crimes. Thus it shows that we
are resistant to change.
7. RESOLVING THE MOST TANGLED SOCIAL ISSUE IN THE SOCIETY THROUGH A LARGE GLOBAL NETTWORK BY
MAKING THE LAWS MORE STRINGENT IN AN INNOVATIVATIVE WAY TO GET THE STOCK OF CURRENT
SITUATION AND PROTECTING THE CHASITY, MODESTY AS WELL AS DIGNITY OF WOMEN IN THE INDIAN
SOCIETY SO THAT IN TURN THEY HAVE A REAL VOICE IN ALL GOVERNANACE INSTITUTIONS !!
Glimpse of the
solution proposed

-
Building global network
by employing HR
resources
Implementation model
Advantages of the
solution
Instilling values and creating a feeling of respect for women in the minds of men at the very
initial stage through primary, secondary and higher level education as well as making laws
more stringent.(applying danda)
Employing large unemployed workforce in organizing workshops, campaigns and holding
hierarchal positions under women’s protection and safety workforce through government
corporate funding.
Boot sessions should be established to provide effective training to men indulged in crime or
even petty crimes or having insensitive , outrageous behavour which is to be determined
through physological test
Central management team should be divided in to each and every state, city, village, districts
and every block of the country.
Women safety will only ensure their empowerment and thus it is the cost effective and
efficient method.
Promising jobs to the educated unemployed and increasing literacy rate in the society.
8. Forms of violence Domestic
violence, acid

Government
action
1) The environment in which children are brought up really matters because at the very initial stage his
learning is quick and he adhere those things which he see happening in the environment. Thus, building a
strong grassroots base layout is a key to making it difficult for such issues to arise in the society.
All females in primary,
secondary, high school,
universities and all
institutes should be trained
in self defense and safety
as well as learn smart
techniques to avoid being a
victim from the very
grassroots level itself
Importance of women as a
social issue should form part
of the curriculum and make it
as compulsory part of the
academics in all schools from
primary to higher level,
colleges and universities
Weekly activities , campaigns ,
lectures and dramas should be held
in all educational institutions to
spread awareness among male
child, teenagers as well as adults.
Effective techniques should be
applied so that it creates a sense
of positivity for women in the mind
of males
Officers so appointed must be
professions, retired executives
and retired defense officers
who are bold, strong and
genuine. They must be
recruited to give a surprise visit
every month in all educational
institutions and submit a report
to the women protection force
under central government.

9. No one can doubt the country’s promise. There is no magic
wand to make the problems disappear instantaneously,
therefore we have to chalk out a comprehensive plan to
destroy the roots of this issue.
Officers as well as the
males who do not attend
the boot camps or who do
not wish to be educated
must be penalized strictly.
Mapping and survey
Boot sessions should be organized and camps should be established for such purpose so that the males who are indulged even in crimes
should be trained to become a good human being as well as a good citizen. Strict sessions must be held to aware such uneducated on
social issues about women which should leave an imprint in the minds of men that they even not dare to think about such violence. The
unproductive force should be converted in to productive and positive well beings. This initiative should cover each and every city, village, district and
block.
Education including social issues related to women is an indispensable part of our life and should be
made mandatory including trainings, workshops, lectures even for the uneducated portion of the society.
2) In recent years, crime rates have gone up dramatically in big cities . People who have migrated from rural to
urban areas have under lied a myriad of security problems in this respect because of lack of education and change in
values. As studies done on this issue indicate that the people who are involved in illegitimate ways are generally
composed of uneducated individual. Educated youth will be trained in schools, universities and colleges but what
about the uneducated people…????
Officers must be appointed under women
protection force under central government
who must graduates, professions and
retired defense service officers, media
persons who must be allocated the duty of
conducting boot session.
Survey must be conducted in each and every block
to find out the uneducated unproductive humans
who spend most of the time doing nothing and are
in hangover. Most of the rapes are happened in the
city by the drunk person. Therefore, they must be
taken to the Boot camps to train them.
Physiological test must be
conducted
Interview and the opinion
of the neighbors must be
taken.
10. Requirement of visa
for immigrating
from one state to
another will surely
improve the crowd
in the cities WOMEN PROTECTION FORCE UNDER
VILLAGE PANCHAYAT
WOMEN PROTECTION FORCE UNDER
STATE GOVT.
WOMEN PROTECTION FORCE UNDER
CENTRAL GOVT.
Before granting the final judgment in any case at state or village level , the verdict of central
government must be taken in to account.. Moreover, central government must be referred
before giving any judgment at state as well as panchayat level
RECUITMENT
Educated youth , educated senior citizen
having graduate , professional and retired
army personnel, army officers, .
Combined test at central and stat level long
with personality test, group discussion as well
as personal interview with no seats being
reserved for any caste
A team of 80 for each department of
women protection force must be
recruited at central and state level of
which 50 should be women and 30
must be men and the head of the
department must be some eminent
personality having power in
expressions and determined.
No complicated machinery
The process of bill becoming a law must be
abolished as it is time consuming process.
Women issues should not be resolved as per
constitution . In a changing scenario the
rule of the survival of the fittest should be
used. We should not be resistant to change
No mercy petition for such crimes.
Politicians in jail cannot contest elections.
A person having crime record cannot
be part of this force.
Increasing patrolling of PCR vans at bus stand, colleges,
schools, malls, hotels , pubs, railway stations , parking
lots etc. And double patrolling in quiet areas as well as
triple patrolling at night covering all areas especially in
NCR region.
Appointment of safety guards like bouncers must be
appointed in all public transport like buses, trains,
railway stations as well as in private coaches of which 3
should be women and 2 men who must hold valid and
genuine identity .
No drunk commuter, driver and conductor should be
allowed in transport. Drivers and conductor background
must be checked before their appointment and they
should also go through physiological test. The name of
driver and no must be written in front and back of the
buses.
DO’S AND DON’T’S
11. Changes in constitutional laws is a pre-condition for a change in
the society
Equal laws in terms of severe punishment for all men whether juvenile, insane, or adult or senior citizen.
Equality of laws for all men no matter of what status, caste or religion
Equal justice to all women no matter of what age, caste , status or religion.
Same laws should be applicable to the president, prime minister, minister of all states , leaders and all the servants of the nation
including all high ranking officials as well as lower division.
The work force of the central govt. , state govt. , judiciary, police, army as well as panchayat must be redefined . It should include
only those personnel who are genuine, bold, strong, smart and intelligent. They must have the quality of being a pioneer , who can
juggle multiple task at the same time, who are symbol of dedication and compassion, who try to think divergently to tackle any
problem , a fire and a ray of hope to the society and an unbeatable optimist
If we would be enveloped under the ministry of cruel, insensitive, clutching old villains who feel orphaned to take a step when something
dramatic occurs in the society, the country’s future is in shambles !!
A crime is always a crime no matter at what age it is committed, of what intensity it was , and what is the status of the accused in the
society
A rape either committed by individual or the gang rape, all person should be held liable even if some of them had just enjoyed
the scene happening at the site because he is more liable for such barbaric practices as he did not took a step to take the stock
of the situation.
No concept of 100 accused can be acquitted but 1 innocent should not be convicted
Bann on illegal sites that show obscene pictures or videos of porn as they provoke men .
Crimes
Rape, sexual
assault,
trafficking, eve
teasing, cyber
offence, domestic
violence, acid

public hanging in 5 days along with the torture in the
form of videos that they did , limbs, legs /balls all cut
off, how brutal they were while doing those acts and
showing them the condition of women behind the bars
so that they even fear to think of such violence. the
unbearable torture should be given to them.
IN case of dowry husband and family must be given life
imprisonment and in case of female feticide the doctor
must also be given life imprisonment and cancelling
license as well
