5. It is very time consuming.
The owner has to store all the information manually,
where keeping track on business is a very taxing job.
The process is not friendly or efficient from both business
and customer’s point of view and not well organized.
6. The system provides customers the facility to book cars from anywhere &
at any time.
Provides the admin ultimate control offering them the opportunity to
manage & update information regarding business such as driver
information, car details, orders etc. efficiently.
This system allows the owner to expand their business over the internet
creating a brand value in a handy way.
It provides customers service transparency which allows customer to check
the booking details easily anytime & anywhere.
Provides a better business managing technique involving less stress.
7. Microsoft ASP.net technology has been used in this project.
It is an open-source server-side web application framework
designed for web development to produce dynamic web
pages.
ASP.NET is built on the Common Language Runtime (CLR),
allowing programmers to write ASP.NET code using any
supported .NET language like c# vb.net etc.
The ASP.NET SOAP extension framework allows ASP.NET
components to process SOAP messages. ASP.NET is in the
process of being re-implemented as a modern and modular
web framework, together with other frameworks like Entity.
8. User side:
Search available cars: User searches the website
and checks for cars which are available.
Book car: User books car.
Cancel booking: Booking can be cancelled by user.
View booking details: user can check the booking
details.
9. Admin side:
Add cars: Admin can add new car in the database.
Add & update driver: Admin can add and update
driver information.
Update car information: Admin can update & delete
information about existing car.
View customer information: Admin can view the
information provided by customers.
