Think of a recent example of someone you encountered with a negative attitude.

WHENEVER YOU ARE IN A SITUATION WHERE YOUR ATTITUDE IS TESTED, ASK
YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS TO HELP YOU SEE THE POSITIVE SIDE
