○ Foundation will evolve stewardship policies for trademark over time
● The Ceph Foundation’s Governing Board replaces the Ceph Advisory Board
● We can now spend money in coordinated fashion
○ Streamline process of supporting project events, infrastructure, etc.
○ Fresh forum for coordinating and supporting community activity
