2. Inspace Secures First PO FY 2016-2017
The first purchase orders for this financial year was received from Good
Samaritan Public School, Sirkali. The Good Samaritan Public School is a
Christian institution, which runs several educational institutions of National
and International repute. They have honored Inspace with two purchase
orders – for Chalo School Management Software and for IT Outsource
Services.
The Director of the Good Samaritan Public School, Mr. R. Praveen
VasanthJabezis seen in the above picture (rightmost) handing over both the
PO documents to Inspace ITIS Director, Mr. P. Balamurugan. Along with
them are seen our Manager (BusinessDevelopment) – Mr. A. Manivasahan
(leftmost) and Sales Head (Software Products), Mr. R. Balaji.
We wish all the teams a grand success in all their endeavours.

Welcome back to another edition of our BAIT Series, which aims primarily to
align business with technology. This month we would explore yet another
such concept.
Inspace team recently ventured into studied the possibilities of adapting
technology in various industries. The efforts were more focussed in the
education vertical, since Inspace already has a successful ERP platform
catering to the needs of a comprehensive school management system.
During the extensive study, it was identified that few grey areas remained to
be adapted to technology, one such was Parent Teacher Meeting &
Feedback. As our avid readers are already aware, Inspace had earlier
launched a Feedback Automation Tool – Feedex in the market which serves
all major domains.
Inspace team realised the possibility of aligning business with technology
through implementation of its Feedex solution. Based on further
observations made by the Inspace team, the Feedex solution was
customised to be integrated with Facebook and as required with other
portals (of School Management System like Chalo).

Accordingly the Feedex App was accustomed to address the technology gap
as depicted in the following flow diagram.
Another major advantage of implementing the Feedex Tool is that the
Feedback received from Parents can be at a later stage recalled and
addressed effectively. In many schools, as of now, either there is no
feedback collection happening or all such collection is done manually
through paper medium. Thus it becomes tedious to sort and / or recollect
the feedbacks at a later stage. The manual system also become laborious
since the papers have to be stored for retrieval when required which
requires space and additional manpower. Whereas in the case of Feedex
tool, the App is conveniently configured on the Tablet computer or Mobile
phone. With easy to use menus and informative analytical reports, there is
no turning back to the manual feedback system anymore. It’s now always
Feedex for Feedbacks!
