Milestones
Why need a formalized CI function?
Buy-in from decision-makers,
management and C-Suite.
Why do we need to share information?
Thought leadership, internal networks
established.
Assumptions that CI = “Googling” all day.
Starting to measure the ROI
Assumptions that internal knowledge
and expertise should not be replaced
with formalized CI.
CI Team works weekly to scrutinize own
work and processes/outputs to deliver
best and most strategic result. Not
replacing but enhancing.
Biased nature of intelligence gathering
by internal stakeholders.
Neutrality and inclusion in proposals as
value-add.
