The Inter Cars Foundation was established in 2021 as part of the
sustainable growth strategy of Inter Cars S.A.
Through our original programs and cooperation with different
organizations, we export innovations and values underlying
the development of Inter Cars – passion and commitment,
partnership, credibility, loyalty and leadership by example.
Our mission is to promote the development of accessible,
safe and responsible mobility for people and the climate. We
pursue our mission through the following areas: development
of competences of the future, care for the environment,
health protection and road safety.

What we do?

Wishing for a significant and lasting change, we have
been working on programs created in cooperation and
dialogue with experts in the four areas of our activity.
 We foster the development of the competences of
the future, necessary for the society and an
innovative economy, also in the area of mobility and
the automotive industry.
 We promote care for the environment, especially in
the area of mobility.
 We deal with health protection by addressing
mobility-related social issues.
 We promote activities aimed at improving road
safety.

What we do? Areas of
activity
 Automation and universal digitization impact us, our
learning processes and jobs.
 We foster the development of competences that are not
automatable and that require creativity, social intelligence,
reflection and cooperation.
 We need knowledge and skills to understand, critically
assess and use the digital technologies.

 We provide environmental education, promote air quality
protection and development of green and intelligent mobility.
 We support activities conducive to achieving climate neutrality.

• Through activities aimed at health protection we want to respond to
social issues and contribute to improving the quality of life.
• We pay special attention to physically disabled persons and victims of
road accidents, as well as those suffering from diseases related to poor
quality of air.

SAFETY
What we do? Areas of
activity
• Safe mobility on the road means roadworthy vehicles, safe
infrastructure and responsible behaviour by all road users.
• We promote appropriate behaviour and support road safety
education of children, youth and adults.

We support our employees’ development through their participation in the company
volunteer program. We use their passion and commitment to solve local problems
and pursue the mission of the Inter Cars Foundation.

Pursuit of and direct support for the foundation’s mission,
including actions for our areas of activity.

Company Volunteer Program
The Inter Good Grant Program
Through their commitment, the employees of Inter Cars
voluntarily and individually support a selected organization
using funds granted by our Foundation for e.g. civic budget
initiatives.
Competence Volunteer Program
In cooperation with social and educational
partners, we organize activities and provide a space where
experienced leaders, employees of the company and different
organizations can offer support and knowledge or inspire young
people.
Social campaigns
Participation of our employees in campaigns held by the Inter
Cars Foundation and partnership organizations |
e.g., Szlachetna Paczka (Noble Gift).
