The Spa is appropriate for guest 16 years of age and over.
Reservations
Advanced reservations is highly recommended to
secure your preferred date and time as treatments
and facilities are subject to availability. Please dial
+603 2141 8999 / 2142 4899 to make your appointment.
For in-house guests, please dial 8343.
Arrival
Please arrive at the Spa Lounge area 15 minutes prior to
your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in
reduced treatment time to accommodate the next guest.
Special Considerations
Any guest who is pregnant or has high blood pressure
or heart-related disease or medical complications is
advised to consult your doctor before booking any
treatment. Kindly inform our staff of your medical
condition prior treatment.
Amenities
Personal amenities and toiletries are provided in the Spa.
Valuables
Whilst locker facilities are provided, we advise you not
to bring any valuables during your visit. Donna Spa
accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or
valuables of any kind.
Spa Etiquette
In consideration of the comfort of all guests, please
refrain from using mobile phone or other electronic
device within the spa premises.
Facilities Usage
Donna Spa guests are entitled to enjoy complimentary
use of the spa facilities except gym and swimming pool
with any 60-minutes spa treatment. Guests who wish to
use the gym and swimming pool will be charged RM90.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapist, a
minimum of 3 hours advance cancellation notice is
kindly requested. A 100% charge will apply without
advance cancellation notification.
Pricing
All prices quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit and inclusive
of 6% SST & 10% service charge.
