Start of the research project of the unknown virus
known as Leuser virus was a trail and error
process of making and composing of a buffer for
enzyme X figuring out and weighing the
composition of the buffer was challenging and
required problem-solving and mathematical skills

Development and understanding of
ELISA has grown an example use
recently in a Research project of
”Leuser virus” stated that currently
tested by blood test ELISA the use
of ELISA and diagnosis is widely
used in the scientific industry such
as Ebola in previous epidemics

view my own obtained blood smesr
under a microscope and see
compstion and differences in blood

6. Liver

The liver sample obtained
from a Healthy patient,
features of the patient liver
can be pointed out ie Portal
Vein , Hepatocytes
