À propos I'm a life and career coach with a background on Software Engineering and Information Technology, with more than ten years of experience working in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), having worked as Operation Support, Systems Analyst, Programmer, Technical Leader, Project Manager, Scrum Master and as Enterprise Agile Coach for the Digital Program at Oi S.A. telecom company in Brazil. During 2,5 years in this program, I helped on the development of more than 500 people, and their teams, from the executives to its staff and employees, throughout the conception, design thinking and to the development and launch of digital solutions for telecommunications products and services.
