This document presents an optimization model for four bread products - Ensaymada, Pan de Pizza, Pan de Pimiento, and Pan de Choco España. The model maximizes profit contribution based on the recipes and available supplies of ingredients. The results show that focusing production on Ensaymada will yield the highest profit contribution. Increasing the supply of Pan de Sal Mix by 1kg could boost profits by around 18 pesos.
