•Teamsof about 15 people can work together for years

•Teams migrateto other Product Family if long term demand requires 
•Time bank allocations of teams covershort term demandneeds 
•Not needed service capacity is turned into VA pushing out „less experienced” capacity 
•Excess„less experienced” capacity is channeled out to TB, idle time, HC reduction
