2. Sir Dexter own perspective on deligation
as a teacher….
◦According to him ,when we say deligation it is
deligating work to someone,we must remember that
when we deligate a work ,choose a person who is
trustworthy, responsible,and has the background
knowledge about the work so that she /he can
accomplish the task successfully.

3. Deligation
◦ Refers to assigningning in a new or additional task to a
subordinate;or getting the work done through otherss by giving
them the right to make decisions or take actions
◦ Ex . If the principal gave all the area of responsibility To all the
teachers . the teachers May also distribute the area by his/ her
Students To clean it so That the delegation will enter in when the
teachers assigning or giving a task to his her Students .So all the
students have responsibility to clean the assigning area To them .
