Position is based near Jefferson City MO with annual sales in excess of $80 million. The
company is a global leader within the automotive and capital equipment markets. They have a
long history of innovative products, quality and customer service.
Position Description:
The General Manager and Director of Supply Chain will rely on you to take full supply chain
ownership of a $80 million manufacturing plant. Your will have full responsibilities for:
Materials Management, Planning/ Scheduling, Purchasing, Warehousing, Logistics and
Shipping. This is an extremely visible role which has the potential to lead to a Director level
position. The company is searching for you to expand on their lean manufacturing while
expanding their usage of the ERP system.
Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree
Up to 10 years manufacturing supply chain experience
5 years minimum as a Supply Chain Manager
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge of Oracle and or SAP
Compensation:
Base income is approximately $105,000 with a 10% bonus potential and benefits. Relocation
assistance is provided.
