22. For Junior High School:
1. The school strictly prohibits the junior high school
students to bring their cellphone/Gadget except
laptop inside the school campus as this could
disrupt classroom activities and discussions.
However…
23. For Junior High School:
• 3. The student and/or parent must first secure a
probationary permit from the Office of the Prefect of
Discipline.
• The permit can be revoked anytime depending on the
adherence of the holder on the provisions stated
therefrom and/as stipulated on Article 9-School
Discipline, Section 3 Offenses, Occurrence, and
Penalty of the student handbook.
24. For Junior High School:
The following are designated places and times
where students who secures a permit can use
their phones:
Inside the classroom during health break and
lunch break only.
25. For Senior High School:
The school has given the privilege to the
senior high school students to bring inside
the school campus their gadgets such as
cellular phones, laptops, and tablets as the
school recognizes its importance for the SHS
students, especially for their research and
other important concerns where it deems
necessary. However….
26. Cellphone of those students who have
PROBATIONARY PERMIT must still need their
cellphone to be surrendered to the class
adviser and will used only during breaks.
27. Offenses
•1st Offense- Oral warning and conference.
•2nd Offense- Confiscation of the Phone and
surrendered directly to the Office of the
School Directress and will be released only
at the end of the year.
28. •Student is mark absent if he/she is not
without a notice sent to the class adviser.
Student’s will be marked excuse if reasons
valid (sickness, death of immediate families-
Student Handbook p.78 pargh.1.
STUDENT’S ATTENDANCE
29. •Absences will be counted from the first day
classes regardless of student’s date of
enrolment.
•The student is responsible for all the lessons
assignments he missed during his absence.
