MUST DO:
1. Attend class on time
2. Inform the adviser if he/she will be absent and present
excuse letter signed by the parent/guardian
3. Respect all teaching and non-teaching personnel, staff
and co-students
4. No Lunch-out Policy
5. 6. Wear prescribed uniforms and civilian attire
(White shirt/Blouse paired with modest jeans )
7. Have proper haircut for boys (2x3) every 1st
Monody of the month. No colored hair for both
boys and girls.
8. Must wear student ID upon entering and when
inside the campus
6. MUST NOT DO
•Throwing of garbage anywhere
•Not flushing the toilet after use
•Throwing of sanitary napkins, tissues, and
the likes on the toilet bowl
8. •Dating inside the campus/classroom
•Cutting classes
•Cheating or any form of dishonesty
•Stealing
•Using and charging of cellphones and
other gadgets
9. •Possession/bringing of drugs, sharp objects
cigarettes and other dangerous substance
•Wearing unprescribed uniform/civilian attire
such as colored shirt, tattered pants, crop
top, or any plunging/indecent clothes.
10. SANCTIONS
•1st Offense – Reprimand/Warning/Parent
Conference
•2nd Offense – Community Service/Suspension
depending on the severity of the offense
•3rd offense – Advise for transfer/change of
environment
