live acts as well as over 30 DJs turning an upper floor of hotel
rooms into the city’s biggest house party.

“2500 people would attend the evening, and I seriously doubt any left disappointed. The venue was spacious with music
spread between two rooms... a refreshing and vibrant re-invention of the small-scale ‘festival’ format. O, what a
beautiful child it was” The AU Review
Secondary Chateau Rdio events were produced in Brisbane and Melbourne
following success of the Sydney event.

7. Winner of the Smirnoff Promoter Grant 2010 for original event concept
‘The Last Party on Earth’
A 'lights-out' themed 'Armageddon Rave'
• I compiled a pitch for Smirnoff's brand team in response to a call out brief for a $10k grant
for an original event idea.
• I presented the theme of 'lights-out', with guests bringing their own form of lighting to
illuminate the venue.
• Upon receipt of grant , full production and promotion was undertaken independently, using
two levels and three venues of the Exchange Hotel (Q Bar, Spectrum, 34B).

“This was possibly the best music event I have been to all year. It was timed well, the standard of entertainment
was excruciatingly high and there wasn’t much of a gap in between performances. Oh what a night.”
