3. Overview
Project Transformation is a highly motivational and effective programme from JA
BODYWORKS that combines both fitness and nutrition intervention program throughout a
duration of 3 months.
A team of fitness specialists with different area of expertise will be working closely to deliver
effective results to participants in an inspirational, motivational and non-judgmental
atmosphere.
Participants are required to achieve at least 85% of attendance from the proposed program.
The proposed programme for the entire duration of three months consists of the following:
1. One-on-one Fitness and nutrition consultation (0.5 hour)
2. Programme Orientation (1.5 hours)
3. One-on-one Personal Training ( 12 hours)
4. Section Training: Focus group training conducted at JA BODYWORKS (24 hours)
5. Outdoor boot camps and runs (12 hours)
6. Supermarket tours (1hour)
7. Fitness and Nutrition workshops (2 hours)

4. Programme (Week 1-12)
Fitness and Nutrition Consultation (1 on 1)
This is the initial phase prior the start of the whole programme when our trainers will have a 30
minutes consultation to understand more about your fitness objectives and to plan an effective
fitness and dietary regime for the duration of 3 months.
Pre-measurements using our Bio-impedance-analysis and basic functional test will be conducted. A
detailed fitness and nutrition report will be emailed to you within 1 week.
You will definitely be more psychologically prepared after your consultation with our friendly
trainers.
Programme Orientation (1st week, Sat or Sun)
Participants are expected to attend a briefing session prior the start of whole programme. It will be
an Ice-breaking sessions among participants, as well as with our team of specialists. We believe that
bonding is essential and it is an excellent factor to motivate and push you through the programme in
a team of participants with the same dream.
Programme outline will be elaborated during this session and questions and answer session will be
allocated at the end of the orientation.
Personal Training (1 on 1)
Our assigned trainer will be training you personally and make sure you adopt the right techniques
for the classes. You will know more about your fitness level, as well as weaker areas to that you can
improve on it during your section training. Personal training sessions are recorded into our system
for close-monitoring of your progress allocated once a week.
Each session will last for 60minutes.

5. Section Training Week 2-12 (A focus group fitness class)
There are 3 main types of section training for participants of the project transformation. Participants
are expected to join in these sessions twice a week and types of classes will be recommended during
our one-on-one consultation. Equipment such as Power Cords, VigourBands and Suspension trainer
will be allocated to every participant.
All classes are conducted at JA BODYWORKS located at 655A GEYLANG ROAD S389585 and it is a
5minute walk from Paya Lebar MRT station (EXIT D). Public parking is available around the entire
stretch of Geylang Road and free after 5pm (see more details in section of “Location”).

Craft
A pure conditioning class that strengthen tone and firms those problematic. Our workout plans are
backed up with scientific evidence to increase lean muscles tissues and metabolic rate of your body.

Metabolic CoreFx
A core conditioning and functional conditioning class that creates the metabolic effect (which means,
you will burn more calories even after the workout!) These exercises are multi-joint, meaning
involving the use of both upper and lower body. It consists of some strength and constantly working
your core and rising up your heart-rate to burn those fats.

PowerBurn
An interval-based high intensity and energy class delivered in a boot-camp style. Power Burn utilizes
all muscle groups in a fun and creative way for the maximum fat burning effect. You will turn your
body into a Powerhouse and burn calories even the next day after the workout!

Outdoor Training
Conducted every weekend, participants will enjoy a boot camp workout or run at East Coast Park or
Gardens by the Bay, which is just located, round the corner of JA BODYWORKS. Run program and
Boot Camp Programme will be designed by our trainers and duration of training is between 60 to 90
minutes.
Training will be postponed in case of bad weather

8. Terms and Conditions
1) Participants are required to adhere strictly to the training program, schedule and diet plan
prescribed by JA Bodyworks.
2) Participants are required to inform JA Bodyworks of any medical conditions, history of injury,
and any physical impairment, and obtain medical clearance from doctor before commencing
on the exercise program.
3) Outdoor events will be cancelled/ postponed in case of inclement weather.
4) Participants are required to attend at least 85% of all sessions for the duration of the
program, to be eligible for refund. See refund policy.
5) Participants are required to wear appropriate exercise attire to suit the specific training and
climatic conditions.
6) The Contract is personal to the Client and is not capable of transfer or assignment without
prior written consent of JA Bodyworks.
7) Payment must be made in full to JA Bodyworks before training commences.
8) Participants shall be held responsible to make compensation for any damages they cause to
the contents, equipment and furnishings of the premises during their training, except for
wear and tear.
9) Participants shall make adequate travel arrangements and time allowance each day to
ensure that they attend JA Bodyworks exercise sessions on time. If they are late for
whatever reason, the session will start without them.
10) You must comply with the instructions and safety regulations of your assigned trainers at all
times.
11) JA Bodyworks shall not be held responsible for: Any damage to or loss of your personal
property during any of the training sessions, or any injury or illness you suffer as a result of
any on-going medical condition or a poor standard of health or fitness, or improper exercise
attire.
12) JA Bodyworks will confidentially maintain all personal, medical and training information and
individual training logs pertaining to the Participant, and will not disclose the Participant’s
information to any third party in any circumstance, except where required by Federal or
State/Territory laws.
13) A deposit of 10% of total course fee should be made for reservation. All deposits are non-
refundable. Payment of the course fee shall be made in full either by money-
transfer/Cash/Check/Nets
14) REFUND POLICY
Participants are eligible for money-back refund if they are unable to achieve the least results
of either 10% bodyweight reduction or at least 3% Fat lost even after achieving at least 85%
of the attendance for all fitness-related classes.
However, there is a non-refundable fee of S$ 400 SGD for nutritional supplements and
administrative fees. Total refundable fee after deducting all fees invested on every
participant will be a total of S$ 1100.
