After you are Trained and Certified, We will hire you as a full time consultant
given that you have 4+ years in Microsoft .NET web development. For a
candidate with strong basic .net development skills and the desire to grow your
career with ITC, we will pair you with a Senior SharePoint Developer, Senior
CRM Developer, Senior Dynamics GP Developer and/or Senior Dynamics AX
Developer; additionally, you are also paired with a Senior SQL Developer to
prepare you to become a Certified Consultant in less than once year.
This would entail you working on an ITC Project Teams, remotely for the first
60 days during evaluation; fulltime in office over ten months and, thereafter at
client sites abroad to help deliver solutions to our customers. The initial
responsibilities would include .net and SharePoint development on web portal
and collaboration projects.

2. *This role is Full-time/Permanent- Bonded Position.*
***Must be willing to relocate after six months of training and having passed
certification exam.
Responsibilities:
 Play a role on a team working on a large web application or portal project
 Assist in gathering requirements and turning them into technical
specifications
 Modify existing or develop new code to provide appropriate features and
solutions
 Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver results
fairly independently
Requirements:
 4+ years of experience in .Net Development Framework 4.0+
 Client-facing abilities are a must
 Strong ability to adhere to and to help drive strict timelines
 Excellent ability to effectively and tactfully communicate orally and in
writing
 Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
 Detail oriented and highly organized
 High degree of initiative and independent judgment
 Any consulting experience is a plus
 SharePoint exposure a plus
