Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing a range of services to
ensure the smooth-running of the existing working spaces. These include
company offices, rental offices (Inyathelo tenants) as well as the Inyathelo
conference center. This comprises coordinating the administrative functions
in the office, as well as the various support services - including purchasing, IT
support, AV support, facilities and operations management and human
resources administration. The Operations Coordinator is also responsible for
monitoring and tracking financial expenditure against deliverables and
budget reconciliation on service contracts related to office management in
conjunction with the Operations Director.
Provide support to the Operations Director, as requested, in the areas of:
Operational planning, Human resources function and staff development, IT
support, Project management, Tracking & reporting administrative and
contractual issues of projects, Policy development and documentation, Basic
financial and budget report assistance if required. Develop, implement and
monitor office policies and standard operating procedures including through
suitable forms and systems. Co-ordinate the management, retrieval and
cataloguing of office documentation and information. Co-ordinate
documentation and record all initiatives carried out by the Unit. Monitor
organizational operations and provide support for all program activities. Write
and manage general correspondence, including providing editing and
formatting documents as required. Participate in problem solving issues with
