PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

development and execution of continuous quality improvement. Decisive, data-driven manager who
assesses the full impact of every executive action as it relates to the community, federal and state
mandates and local regulations.
Accomplishments:
 Establish, implement and revise goals, objectives and all departmental standard
operating policy and procedures (SOP) to ensure the best alignment with agency
strategic plan and department goals.
 Collect and assess needs from internal program units; produce custom solutions to
resolve internal issues that affect external stakeholders (e.g., process bottlenecks)
while heightening the importance of accountability and improving inefficiencies.
 Within the first 60 days of hire establish and implement a total quality management
system that included ongoing monitoring that integrated multiple content areas
with systematic monitoring.
 Oversaw several software project cycles from initiation of new and/or existing
applications to fully deployed systems using models like PDCA.
 Work with several community child care partners to develop a cohesive quality plan
that aligns their organizational structure in supporting the needs of the children and
families they serve while ensuring plans reflect the vision, goals and objectives of
each partner.
ADMINISTRATIVEAND LEADERSHIP
Grow valuable initiatives to enhance programs through facilitation in training, mentoring and
modeling. Develop and assist in the creation of systems to monitor and track progress on specific
developmental goals, providing targeted direction and support to center managers, teachers, staff
and families.

• Supervised the day-to-day activities of a team of Content Managers to drive
improvements in communication, operational efficiencies and raising customer service
levels through on-going monitoring, delegation and coaching.
• Inspire and organize programmatic improvements (i.e. trainings) and impacts to
address compliance issues, provide well-thought-out solutions and corrective action
plans that result in sustainable change.
• Research and provide technical assistance on areas of concern/weakness and aid in all
agency wide technology issues as a liaison with contractors and vendors.
STRATEGICPLANNING AND CONSULTATION
Supervise and monitor all standards in efforts to integrate best practices and meet regulations and
mandates (state and federal) through data analysis and collection, efficientand effective
monitoring and tracking and mentoring and training. Utilize Continuous Quality Improvement
(CQI) to design, develop and implement a comprehensive assessment system for summative and
formative evaluations of information on service delivery, student performance, based on
standardized benchmarks.
Accomplishment:
• Advise executive leadership on evaluations and assessments to improve the business
and staff performance, and develop a proactive approach to non-compliance concerns
through supervision, observation, monitoring, training and follow-up (Plan, Do, Check,
Act).
• Provide insight to staff on plans of action to report program activities utilizing
integrated service plans, self-assessment and program reviews to understand trending
patterns, execute best practices and/or any other overall programmatic methods for
success.
• Perform as facilitator and work group contributor with primary focus on improvement of
personnel and system processes within operations through observation,data testing,
coaching and development to evaluate risks.
• Present specific written or verbal data to varying audiences using a variety of instructional
techniques and formats to reach audience: such as charts and graphs, executive summaries
and detailed annual reports.
• Evaluation of medical records to determine appropriate deployment of resources,
quality of documentation,quality of medical records standards and monitor of indices
comprising the agency quality assurance plan, the aggregation of data from these
indices, and regular reporting on agency, unit and worker performance as it relates to
accreditation standards and preparation.
