On site representative responsible for design, fabrication and installation of customer
requirements including overhead cranes, machine modifications, custom applications etc. Responsible for
introduction, implementation and training of a growing company and workforce of 53 people.
Implemented ground floor initiative of all OSHA required manufacturing programs. Engineered and
manufactured machine guards for older machines to bring them into compliance with “machine guarding”
requirements set for in CFR 29. Made Liaison with State and Federal OSHA offices for assistance in

Department Manager
Responsible for overseeing production and shipping of 2.2 million cabinet doors annually with
178 employees. Responsible for daily shipments to sister plants in Minnesota and Virginia achieving 100
percent complete and on time shipping 3 years in a row. Implemented 5S and Lean initiatives to improve
production and streamline the processes. Doubled production and reduced the workforce by 28% while
attaining less that 1% recordable and lost time accidents. Maintained corporate tracking of scrap, first pass
yield and rework and implemented processes and procedures to reduce scrap to less than 2 %.

Flight line and Modification Production Foreman 2000-2002
Achieved unrivaled success streamlining the process flow reducing schedule days from 23.5 to 7
in less than three years. Recognized for achieving record production times to unit 100 and unit 200.

Division Chief of Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron, Det A, Aviano Air Base Italy in support
of operations in Bosnia attaining a 100 percent mission capable rate for squadrons supported.
Division Chief for Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron-31 Power plant Division, attaining an
unsurpassed “zero” bare firewalls in support of eight F/A-18 squadrons totaling 96 aircraft. Maintained a
3.5 million-dollar operations budget.
Maintenance Control Chief, VMFA-212. Coordinated maintenance on 12 F/A-18 aircraft for
service in Operation Desert Storm maintaining a 99 percent mission capable rate.
Quality Assurance NCOIC – Ensured safety of personnel and aircraft as well as compliance

Flightline Mechanic / Test Cell Operator, Performed complete engine repair and testing on
