Jim Youmans is a theatrical designer who has worked on Broadway, off-Broadway, live events, and television. He has designed sets and environments for productions like West Side Story and Gypsy on Broadway as well as events for corporate clients like Novartis, Deloitte, and Staples. Youmans also works collaboratively with Clickspring Design on broadcast design projects for networks like CNN, MSNBC, and local affiliates. corporate projects he has designed over the past 20 Years. On Broadway, he as designed West Side Story,
Patti Lupone’s Gypsy, Twyla Tharp’s Com Fly Away, among others. In the Corporate world his clients
include Novartis, Deloitte, Staples, Disney- (Disney Live), Heineken, New York Life, Miller Coors, Aflac,
IBM, Rite Aid, Glamour, and many others.
Since 2013, he has maintained studio space within the offices of Clickspring Design at 200 Lexington Ave
NYC, where he collaborates on a project basis with the CSD team with such clients as he Weather
Channel, CNN, MSNBC, Now This Media, as well as ABC and CBS News affiliates in various cities around the
United States.
Jim has also worked in the branded environment and themed entertainment world, on projects for clients
as varied as Universal Studios, the Block Chain platform Block One, and The Frieze Art Fair in Los Angeles
and New York. Whether its working with Derana Television in Columbo Sri Lanka, or the renowned Alley
Theatre in Houston TX, Jim and his team always enjoy a collaborative challenge.
