PSU Lingayen Campus consistently monitors the academic program offerings in response to
industry needs and regulatory body requirements. With the shift in academic calendar, foreign
students are accommodated and PSU Lingayen Campus maintains passing rates in board
courses. The functional interface of the Campus Research and Extension programs and activities
has served as the framework and basis for ensuring relevance of the Extension services of the
University. The research generated technologies have been functionally disseminated to the
Extension clientele and service communities for community empowerment, build-up of
entrepreneurial capacities, environmental and health awareness.
NETWORKS AND LINKAGES2
PSU has established, sustained and expanded linkages and networks with partner-agencies,

coverage in terms of clientele participation and increase in the number of service communities
and adopted schools/families; (2) fooling of expertise and resources which broadened the PSU
capacities for Extension service delivery.
