o Developing and maintaining the standard Legend drawings, templates and
procedures to ensure P&ID information is maintained at a high level of quality
in line with the project specification.
o Conducting Telephonic and Personal interviews for recruiting the designers.
o Coordination with other departments with respect to drafting activities.
o Creating the Annual Evaluation (Appraisal) report as Yearly for every Team
members and sharing with Management with respect to their “Achievement’s”,
Appreciations, Suggestions and Improvements, Training.. etc
o Created and maintaining the Work Sharing Procedure, Departmental Step-by-
Step Work Flow Procedure, Projects Sever Folder Structure Procedure,
Responsibilities for Designer and Checkers.
SPPID Administrator:-
o Intergraph Smart Plant P&ID Set-up and Customization of Catalog symbols,
Data Dictionary, Filters, Formats & Rules, Report generation and Trouble
shooting etc…
o Cloning and Modification of SPPID symbols through Catalog Manager.
o Regular Database clean-up, solving day to day database errors, publishing and
taking Plant Backups to send to Madrid.
o Creating of the number of new drawings in the drawing Manager as per unit
wise with respect to project Specifications by selecting the correct Template
(*.PID) file and Border (*.igr) file.
o Creating the “Display Set” as per needed basis for Project wise. (Once created a
display set applying with 168 filters).
