Executive Summary
The Leadership Foundations Suite for New Managers and Supervisors provides foundational skills that
every manager or supervisor must utilize to be successful. It provides the opportunity to master crucial
competencies rated as the core requirements for successful management. Participants will gain the
practical know-how to plan, organize, coach, motivate, delegate and communicate in order to be an
