Write Clinic Notes To the Patient’s Chart
• Online Nurse Advice collects history from the patient. Nurses then review
the history, add their assessment, match the patient record, and save a
clinic note. This offers the nurse a smooth experience without switching
screens.
• In Phase 2, we’ll read med, problem, and allergy lists, which will make it
easier for patients to remember and update their history.
