Chart or Graph
Charts are used to display series of numeric
data in a graphical format to make it easier
to understand large quantities of data and
the relationship between different series
of data.

Elements of a chart

Step 1. Click Insert > Chart.
Step 2. Click the chart type and then double-click the chart
you want.
Step 3. In the worksheet that appears, replace the
placeholder data with your own information (Progress
Report of LARDO/Enrollment Rate/Drop-out Rate, etc).
Step 4. Use the Chart Elements button to show, hide, or
format things like axis titles or data labels.
Use the Chart Styles button to quickly change the color or
style of the chart.
Step 5. When you’re done, close the worksheet.

1. Click where you want to insert the picture on the slide.
2. On the Insert tab, in the Images group, click Pictures and then click This
Device.
3. In the dialog box that opens, browse to the picture that you want to insert,
click that picture, and then click Insert.

section.
2. From the Home tab, click
the Section command, then choose Add
Section from the drop-down menu.
3. An Untitled Section will appear in the
Slide Navigation pane.
