  1. Welcome, My name is Monique Douglas, and I am a Program Manager within Microsoft Staffing. In my role, I manage our partnerships with external vendors such as jibe, and seek out new opportunities for Microsoft to build upon our staffing foundation.
  2. We have seen a significant shift in the number of candidates leveraging mobile devices to search and apply for jobs, and recently David Martin shared that only 1% of employers today offer a mobile apply solution. We have seen a shift ourselves in the number of candidates coming to our career site from a mobile device. And partners are listening to candidates, to make things even more candidate friendly – partners like LinkedIn are now offering authentication through mobile apply, allowing for candidates to apply with their LinkedIn profile, and Jibe has taken steps to ensure that candidates can up load from anywhere!
