Welcome, My name is Monique Douglas, and I am a Program Manager within Microsoft Staffing. In my role, I manage our partnerships with external vendors such as jibe, and seek out new opportunities for Microsoft to build upon our staffing foundation.
We have seen a significant shift in the number of candidates leveraging mobile devices to search and apply for jobs, and recently David Martin shared that only 1% of employers today offer a mobile apply solution. If you are not in that 1% today, you may want to get in the game:
David Martin, recently shared that Simply Hired and Indeed attract around 4 out of every 10 job seers on a mobile device in an ERE post.
We have seen a shift ourselves in the number of candidates coming to our career site from a mobile device.
And partners are listening to candidates, to make things even more candidate friendly – partners like LinkedIn are now offering authentication through mobile apply, allowing for candidates to apply with their LinkedIn profile, and Jibe has taken steps to ensure that candidates can up load from anywhere! These partnerships have really enhance the mobile apply process, and Jibe has helped lead the way.

Job Distribution is made easy with Jibe Post. At Microsoft we leverage Jibe post to send feeds daily to our job posting partners. These feeds where set up as a part of our set up process, and are now feeding jobs to all of our paid and un paid partners.
Doing this is key to understanding your return on investment, it is truly foundational.
Just like you understanding what we are get in return for our investments is critical. It helps determine, where to spend, where not to, and helps us help others by sharing feedback about media performance.
This is no, easy crack to fill, but we Jibe, we feel like we are well on our way.
In June of 2014, we implemented the ROI solution, and as of today – we have seen XXXXX Data, which is helping us determine if shifts need to be made to our spend. In addition, to just seeing where folks are coming from, we are able to watch the results through our apply and hire process, but allowing Jibe to pass through an ID on our career site, which lands in our applicant tracking system
We then share this data that allows us to see not only the number of applies from our sources, but to see deeply the quality of the candidate pool.
