My primary focus is to provide high quality and timely legal advice in order to defend personal injury claims. I have a particular interest in medical negligence and health law and enjoy the challenge of analysing these types of claims. I am constantly building my experience and knowledge in insurance law, in particular the defence of medical negligence, common law workers' compensation, and public liability claims. I consider that my time in plaintiff practice gives me a special understanding of the pressures but also the practices of my colleagues on the other side of a claim.
