MANAGING PARTNER, JENNIFER MESA - BIO
Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jennifer Mesa serves as Managing
Partner of MRINetwork-Global Gaming, Leisure & Entertainment
(“MRI-GLE”). MRI-GLE is a specialized advisory firm which offers a
comprehensive range of services on a global basis to the gaming,
hospitality and entertainment industries, including: executive search
and leadership consulting; candidate assessment and talent
consulting; succession planning; board services; and organizational
development. MRI-GLE represents a diverse clientele, from
entrepreneurial startups to mature, well-capitalized multinational
businesses; private, public, and Native American operators; and
FORTUNE 500 companies.
During Ms. Mesa’s 20 year career, she served as Vice President and Relationship Manager for Wells
Fargo Bank’s Commercial Banking Group and Gaming Division, originating and executing multi-million
dollar transactions for general industries; and commercial gaming operators worldwide. Thereafter,
as Senior Vice President and Division Head, she was recruited to launch a start-up division, the
Gaming Group of US Bancorp, where she earned the bank’s top honor as a Vanguard Award recipient,
following her first year with the company, an acknowledgement in which its recipients represent less
than one percent of the bank’s commercial banking team members based upon a high level of
ongoing commitment to the community; unique leadership skills which have resulted in building
deeper relationships; and performance achievements which have exceeded the goals and
expectations set forth.
Upon earning her MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in
2008, Ms. Mesa began an executive consultancy providing services for gaming, leisure &
entertainment companies, and accredited investors. To date, her consultancy has completed
contracted projects for Caesar’s Entertainment; the legendary “Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp”; and
professional recording artists. Project disciplines ranged from capitalization optimization; strategic
planning and tactical execution; business development initiatives; private placements and
recapitalizations; process re-engineering; event planning; and regulatory/compliance adherence. In
addition, Ms. Mesa has submitted to selective entrepreneurial ventures of which include her position
as Founding Principal for a green technology company, catering to the gaming industry, created in
partnership with Glenn Schaeffer, former CFO of Mandalay Resort Group, profiled as “one of
America’s top ten corporate financiers” by ‘Institutional Investor’, and “the gaming industry’s most
influential executive” in 2009 by ‘Liberty Media’.
Ms. Mesa has served as a board member for ‘Teach For America’ (Las Vegas) and the ‘American
Diabetes Association’ (Las Vegas); ‘Graduate Activities Chair’ for the ‘Leadership Las Vegas’ advisory
board under the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce; ‘Key Accounts-Chair’ for the United Way of
Southern Nevada’s Workplace Campaign Advisory Board; and is a 2005 graduate of ‘Leadership Las
Vegas’, an exclusive program hosted through the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. She has also led

2. numerous philanthropic special events, generating funds for a variety of charitable organizations.
From planning & development, to launch, to booking celebrity/all-star guests, essentially full cycle
execution, Ms. Mesa does this in her spare time on a pro bono basis.
