  1. Talent! Was the #1 key issue for specialty retailers we worked with in 2022. We couldn’t find enough people. We couldn’t keep enough people. And the one’s we could keep were being overworked because personnel wasn’t growing at the same rate as sales.
  2. This is a “take questions as they arise” type of session. If you have a question, raise your hand and speak up.
