 After being entered into the Multiple Listing
Service
(MLS), all local REALTORS will have direct
access to
your listing when searching for properties for their
buyers.
We will share your listing with our extensive database of over
2000 people:
 Your listing will be sent to our personal database of
over 2000 people and ask that they reach out to anyone
they may know who might be interested in purchasing
your home.
We will place a RE/MAX sign on the property:
 For Sale Sign with our direct phone number will be
placed on the property.
We will take all calls that come into our office in reference
to your property:
 Unlike the traditional real estate offices where
calls on your property can go to anyone in the
office, RE/MAX is set up so ALL calls into our
office on your property will go directly to myself,
Jennifer or Jerry. This means that the three
people who are most informed about the details
of your property will be speaking to REALTORS
and buyers directly on your behalf.

Knowing that your property is priced correctly is the most important step to take. We will input your home into the MLS:  After being entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), all local REALTORS will have direct access to your listing when searching for properties for their buyers.

We will share your listing with our extensive database of over 2000 people:  Your listing will be sent to our personal database of over 2000 people and ask that they reach out to anyone they may know who might be interested in purchasing your home. We will place a RE/MAX sign on the property:  For Sale Sign with our direct phone number will be placed on the property.

We will take all calls that come into our office in reference to your property:  Unlike the traditional real estate offices where calls on your property can go to anyone in the office, RE/MAX is set up so ALL calls into our office on your property will go directly to myself, Jennifer or Jerry.
