This document discusses building engineering capabilities in Kazakhstan through the Future Growth Project - Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP). It aims to transfer technology and engineering expertise to local partners through hands-on training, use of systems/software, and leadership development programs. This will benefit Kazakhstan by giving them experience working with international standards and cutting-edge technologies, and by developing a capable local workforce that can pursue future opportunities in the country's oil and gas industry. The project seeks to maximize opportunities for local partners and aims to leave a legacy of an enhanced in-country engineering capability.
