prestressed concrete repairs, structural
maintenance, foundations, pin piles.
Spalling, the most severe damage, ranges
from slab edge to an entire balcony in-
volvement and requires demolition and re-
placement.
We identify and understand the problems
before proceeding, implement the proper
details and scope of work to repair the
damage, and every step is approved by the
engineer.
Then waterproofing the structure is impera-
tive upon completion to prevent a recur-
rence and to provide an attractive finished
product.

Before commencing on any project we
consult with the owner/representative
to review all details, in order to pro-
vide our clients with complete satisfac-
tion. We will then cover all shrubs, fix-
tures, lights, furniture, etc., in the
work area for their protection. At the
proper time we will ask that all cars be
moved from the area being painted.
When the work is completed, we will
ask the owner/representative to do a
walk-thru with us.
Deterioration of the exterior façade re-
duces the aesthetic appeal of a building
and also results in interior damage to
fixtures and finishes.
Our highly skilled workforce imple-
ments the specified waterproofing pro-
cedures with minimal disruption and
with meticulous attention to detail and
safety issues. The substrate is cleaned
and properly prepared before patching
compounds, sealants, fluid-applied
membranes and waterproofing coat-
ings are applied.
