1. The top part of the
website follow
conventions typical
of other magazine
websites with the
title having the
largest front and
the background
being white.
I chose to use red because it
contrast well with the white
background
The slideshow of articles is a
common feature for current
affair magazine websites so I
created one using a box slide
show and replacing the
background image and text.
There are 3 featured articles
and it will rotate every 5
seconds.
The pages on the navigation bar is an amalgamation of the pages
from ‘The Prospect’ and Critic magazines that I thought would be
appropriate for the website

2. The article were created
just by reading current
events in the news
Magazine websites
advertise their latest
issue on the right side
with a email newsletter
sign up below
I included social media profiles as form my research I
noticed some websites had their social media located in
the footnote
Each articles has an
accompanying image, a
title and a description or
the start of the article
