Its already happening. Time wasters will find almost any means to not do work. Plus, they can do it on their mobile anyway. What if my employees waste time online via social networks? People might criticise the way the company is running its social media campaign Listen to the criticism. Say thanks for the feedback. Stop the panic!

Social Media is important to us because its kinda like a word of mouth recommendation about working at CSIRO except that its much louder. These days, friends look to peers for recommendations and information generally has more clout if you hear it from someone else.
