HOW
DO YOU BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMING
ORGANIZATION TO ACHIEVE YOUR
GOALS
BUILDING A HIGH-
PERFORMING CULTURE
DOESN'T HAPPEN BY
ACCIDENT.
It starts with the creation of an intentional
workplace culture, wherein leaders have
strong core values that are actually built
into the fabric of the organization, giving
people a purpose and sense of direction,
letting them know they’re valued, and
making them feel that their efforts have
meaning.
There's a proven culture development
process and we'll walk you through it.

THE WORKSHOPS
Three workshops (one per month) to help you define the
core of your company culture and exercises to use with
your team to build greater team alignment.
CULTURE COACHING
One on one coaching for best practices on how to
apply your defined culture to your day to day
operations and processes.
A CULTURE CONCIERGE
Weekly accountability calls to keep culture top of mind
between workshops and to help you follow through to
achieve your goals. Content is nothing without application.
THE CULTURE LAB PROGRAM
04 Taking the pulse of your organization is important to
creating a healthy culture and we'll help you to get in the
habit of asking for feedback. Consistency is king.

ACCELERATOR PARTNERSHIPS
We partnered with the Fountain City Fintech Accelerator to provide our entire
Culture Lab program on top of their existing programming for their high-growth
startups from across the world.
We also worked with the Sprint Accelerator to facilitate one of our workshops on
how to use neuroscience to better understand yourself and your team. We worked
with both cohorts to better prepare their CEOs to present remarkable pitches for
their demo days.
TESTIMONIALS
The group discussions with other excellent leaders that focused on
exercises to further transform our culture was the biggest benefit.
I enjoyed the coaching and weekly followup calls. The exercises were very
helpful to move us towards our desired future state.”
The biggest benefit of the program was exposure to some great ideas
and tools that can help companies understand their current culture
and steps on how to improve. With their help, we are now able to
facilitate our own open and transparent team meetings."
We have started on a journey to cultivate a values-focused team
culture by better explaining the purpose of our business. Although there's
more we want to do, we are excited to have made progress in
transforming our culture. We have seen several leaders and team
members speak positively of this approach.”
It's almost cliche how much our values come up in conversation. Since we
defined them and are willing to talk about them, we aren't making things
up on the spot. Everyone now has a framework to guide our decisions."
